3 - Regular mountain biker. Able to ride confidently on natural technical terrain including roots, loose rocks, wet soil and narrow singletrack. May have ridden “red” graded trails in trail centres
4 - Significant experience of riding in natural technical terrain including steep, very rough and very loose singletrack in all conditions.
